Master Key Consulting has up to 4 immediate freelance-to-hire opportunities for web-savvy Macromedia Flash Developers/Designer interested in working in our Applied Technologies Practice (ATP) Area located near Westport Plaza in St. Louis, MO.
Master Key’s ATP is a broad multi-media strategic and tactical software development group focusing on:
Web-based and Hybrid Learning & Training Solutions
Public Space Communication Tools (digital signage and kiosks) and
Web-based sales communications tools

To be considered for this position, the applicant must be willing to accept full-time employment, if offered, within the next 90-120 days.
The successful candidates will be able to assess, define and develop both the creative and technical aspects of a project and execute the creative and programmatic elements required. Additionally, the team players we are looking for will be able to work with other multimedia developers, technologists, project managers, our strategy group and executive management.
The ideal candidates should possess:
2+ years experience with Macromedia Flash.
2+ years experience designing creative interfaces for electronic products.
Superior working knowledge of:
Macromedia Flash MX 2004 (Director experience, with Lingo, is also highly desired)
Actionscript 2.0
Photoshop, Illustrator and other standard graphic software tools
XML data integration including SCORM and Section 508 compliance
Working knowledge of Flash Remoting and Web Services
PHP, SQL/mySQL, CSS, .net and other server-side programming skills a plus!
Excellent understanding of digital development best practices and techniques
Audio and video capabilities a plus!
Ability to encourage creative expression while keeping an eye on commercial reality
Passion for design and possessing creative problem solving
Willingness to participate in company-sponsored career advancement training programs.
