iBridge Solutions, a locally owned and privately held IT Staffing company, is looking for bright, hard-working and experienced (1+ years) Junior IT Recruiters looking to make the next step in their career. We want someone that has a solid understanding of the industry, the clients and the technology, but we also want someone that is interested in adopting our way of recruiting.
While we have no interest in micro-managing, we do have a specific process we follow that we’re not willing to compromise. We feel our process will provide the best solutions our clients are looking for while also enhancing the Recruiter’s ability to maximize their earning potential. All of our Senior Recruiters make in excess of $100k, with our top producers approaching and exceeding $150k. We have high expectations of our Recruiters and hold them more accountable than most of the other shops in town, but we’ll pay you for it.
Another qualification that is a must around here is ‘thick-skin’. We like to have fun in the office and have a unique dynamic here that often involves a lot of good-natured ribbing.
