St Louis Free Job Postings Are Up

The Free Job Posting Blogs are up and mapped to the correct url's.  I'll be sending out e-mails to the appropriate companies and recruiters to start posting, along with a write-up of how to post, how to get candidates to respond, and basic rules.

As a recruiter, you need a log-in to post your positions, and I do require a direct contact for candidates.  Other than some basic posting instructions designed to help you, recruiters will have free reign.  You post your own jobs for free, and we create small, dedicated job boards around single topics.

I will be monitoring the boards, and making sure that no one is abusing them, but aside from selecting who gets to post, the rest is up to you.  The feed for the sites will also be sent to vertical search engines, so each job posting will be published nationally on the web, with locator information to break it down to your target area.

Do you know what else?  The postings are SEO optimized, so when someone types in your company name and the type of job they want - they'll go to your job posting.  I bet your current careers website isn't doing that.  Contact me for your invitation.
