Extreme Fitness KickBoxing: Ballwin

Franki and I work out at New Life Martial Arts, a studio over in Ballwin that teaches fitness kickboxing, extreme fitness kickboxing, and martial arts.  The owner, John Naumo, is a great guy, and he runs his small business with ethics and discipline.

His website is New Life Martial Arts.org, and he's located at 15567 Manchester Road.

Here's a picture of me whaling on a bag - I'm in the blue shirt.  So if you see his sign out on Manchester, or if you're just trying to get into or back into shape, or if you're interested in shaking up your work-up, check out his site and class.

The first week is free - no long-term contracts, and if you're like me - you'll drop 32 pounds in six months.  How's that for a referral?

Ellisville, Ballwin and Manchester residents that want to get into extreme fitness kickboxing know where to go.  John Naumo's New Life Martial Arts.

Oh, so that's where those pounds came from. I always thought it was the baby, but no.

I'm doing a 5:30 a.m. "Cross-Trained Boot Camp" class at church - the first week I could barely walk. Very humbling.
