New Position At iBridge Solutions

Jasen Morisaki has a new position he's trying to fill - it's not a straight recruiter position - and it was interesting enough to post.  It's called a consulting manager, and they're looking for a recruiting or salesperson whose tired of making cold calls, but happens to be really good at candidate management.  The position will basically be a liaison between the company and the contractors.

It's a salaried position:  $50,000 plus bonus - so less than hotshot recruiters make, but a different job.  I know a lot of people who might jump at it.  The description is below the fold.  Interested people can apply at iBridge.

The position  will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for supporting and managing over 50 of our senior consultants that are currently assigned to two of our primary clients! 

The successful candidate must have EITHER 2+ years of IT Account Management, IT Recruiting, OR IT Project Management experience and be a highly motivated and dependable individual with exceptional communication and problem solving skills as well as an attention for details!  The successful candidate MUST also have an innate ability to build personal and business relationships, help others solve complex personal and business related problems, and provide regular leadership and support of our technical employee’s professional success and career growth while assigned to our clients!  This position also includes a Account Management / Sales component and will regularly interface with client hiring managers to gather additional information about job requirements, conduct Employee Performance Reviews, and to identify potential future sales opportunities.  A Bachelors Degree is required.
